This is not the closest vet emergency room to where I live but I am more than willing to drive out of my way to bring my cats here when they need immediate attention. The staff are friendly and the clinical team is thorough, kind, and caring. Whenever I need to call back after a visit to get a question answered they are very helpful. I trust them and that is why I have continued to come back here over the years when my pets have emergency situations happening.

Dr. Sarah was understanding of why I was there, she however gave me an option to see if we could preserve my little dogs and improve his health. I can only pray that this works because it is hard to watch you animal suffer. I can't explain how extremely grateful I am for receiving an opportunity to see if my little dog could get over whatever is making him so ill. She and her assist are forever in my thoughts. Went in for non-emergency need (every where else was full) to get stray cat a look at due to some concerns. They were great and helpful despite it not being quite necessary to go to the ER, very much appreciated their service and transparency.

I brought our dog in on a Saturday around 3:30. She had been bit by another dog. She was evaluated, prescribed an antibiotic, pain med and given a cone. We were out the door by 4:45 for under $260. They were all very kind and explained her care plan and answered all my questions. This is the second time we have gone for emergent care and have had a good experience both times.

Tonight was my second emergency visit to this vet, this visit being a truly life threatening event. My soul-cat began showing signs of a urinary blockage. There was a vet waiting at the door to rush my boy back as quickly as possible. There were a few different staff around however Ariana could feel my worry.
