The receptionists were exceptional. The doctors were very condescending and had no empathy. They tried to upsell procedures that weren’t needed. After the surgery on our dog the bill did not reflect the care given. When My wife asked about discrepancies on the bill the CEO, Justin became very belligerent and began yelling at my wife. He was exceptionally rude and aggressive. When I brought it to his attention he called me a liar and told us not to come back. Our cat experienced a medical emergency. Upon reaching out to this clinic for help, our concerns were met with a heartless and unhelpful response. The lack of empathy for us and our cat was only made worse when the staff member who answered the phone was unprofessional and rude when answering our questions. After an incomplete diagnosis was delivered to us, it was made clear that their staff would not be helping our cat, we sought support from another vet in the area.
