My experience at Columbia River Implants Clinic was nothing short of a nightmare. After my dental surgery, I needed to update my address for my prescriptions, and despite visiting the clinic THREE times, they couldn't get it right. Each time I went, the front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. I was treated like an inconvenience, not a patient. From the day I went in for a consolation to the final check up after having gum recession treatment (gum graft) the experience was perfect. Very organized, personable, professional, and considerate of time and needs. I have had a lot of dental work over my 71 years and this was by far one of the best!! Thank you to Dr. and all of his staff for your care!
Staff is always professional & kind and the environment is clean. I did gum recession surgery which was largely painless after only 2 days of recovery! This is a stark contrast to my sister (with a different practice & doctor) who had a lot of intense pain for weeks. The results of the surgery were really, really good. I would wish 1 tooth was slightly more covered, but I have no idea what reasonable vs exceptional results are. Their reminder system is useful & their paperwork makes sense.
