I visited this dental office for a consultation on one tooth. Before the visit, I was told that my insurance would cover the service. At the appointment I paid the portion they asked me to pay, and they assured me the insurance would cover the rest. A month later, the office called me saying the insurance denied the claim. I had a gum graft done here and the entire experience was truly amazing. I was nervous going in, but the staff made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. The periodontist was incredibly kind and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which helped ease all of my worries. We all know what going to a dental office can feel like, but this place is different. Making the first appointment was easy, quick, and all questions were answered. The staff was great with taking care of the insurance part, front desk was pleasant, hygienist Kristin puts you at ease with her kind demeanor and Dr.Garibov was fantastic. I was refired to Columbia River Implants by my Dentest who said if he needed implants thats where he would go....and now I know why....Wonderful staff, super clean office and a wonderful caring Dr. Top notch and the procedure was painless. I can't thank them for helping me with my two missing teeth... Wish I could give them 10 stars.
