Incredibly knowledgeable staff at Columbia River Hot Tub. John was able to answer all our questions and then some. The show room is clean and they had so many options on display. So glad we came here first!
I was looking for a bullfrog brand tub. Ian was extremely helpful. I had some challenges with electrical and some other issues and throughout the whole process the team and Ian went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and desires. Highly recommend this place
Edit: although our experience with delivery started off rough, once the hot tub came in we have been pleased. We didn’t get any info on maintenance and care from the original sales person at Costco, but the staff at Columbia River Hot tubs has been super nice and helpful as they help us sort through balancing water issues.
