Steph, Josh and Kevin did a great job delivering our hot tub.
Kevin and Steph were fantastic delivery people! They were careful getting through the gate and took every precaution to make sure the hot tub was situated how I wanted. Steph's directions for the first fill and chemical use were clear and concise. Couldn't be happier with their service and expertise!

Great experience all around! Jon, who sold us the tub, was so knowledgeable, friendly, and accomodating. Steph and Sheldon were super installers. They took care of us and made sure we were confident and knowledgeable about setup and care. They moved the tub to our backyard, cleaned it up, installed a cover lifter, and got everything ready for an easy setup. Thanks, Columbia River Hot Tubs! We would highly recommend.
