Edit: although our experience with delivery started off rough, once the hot tub came in we have been pleased. We didn’t get any info on maintenance and care from the original sales person at Costco, but the staff at Columbia River Hot tubs has been super nice and helpful as they help us sort through balancing water issues. Purchased through Costco, but it was direct with Columbia River. Sales guy told us 3 to 6 weeks (he was he was “under promising to over deliver”). 3 weeks later got an email that it was ready, called Columbia River who set us up with their delivery people and they told us it was in stock and got the delivery date and time scheduled. Super excited this morning, but no one showed up during the delivery window.
