I had taken an early morning flight from New York to Portland, Oregon, then drove two hours to Astoria. By this time, my neck and back were a big knot. I wandered into Columbia River healing, and Shelby graciously made room in her schedule for me to get therapy. She used a combination of deep tissue, Acupressure and her other skills on my feet, back, neck and arms. This was a game changer for me! Thank you, Shelby!
Shelby is a wonderful massage therapist. She’s incredibly intuitive and is great at adapting a massage to meet my needs with previous injuries. I always feel better after a massage with her .

Shelby is the best massage therapist I have been to in Oregon. Her knowledge of bodily connections and fascia combined with her background in sports injury and her overall ability to move energy and meet patients where they are is very difficult to find in one therapist! I would highly recommend her to anyone who has been disappointed with other massages as she is in her own realm.
