My physician was away for over two months and unavailable for another month, during a period when I was having pressing health concerns. I was told I had to book too far ahead, so I used Telus Health instead. When I later explained that I was uncomfortable with my physician and asked if I could switch doctors, my use of Telus Health was brought up against me. I have been seeing Dr. Tucker for over a decade, and she is just wonderful. She is incredibly thorough and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. Columbia Primary Care itself has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly, the office is bright, updated, and has a few lovely plants that help it feel calming. They are always there to help, and I am so grateful for the excellent care I receive.
Liked the doctor and was good at his job however receptionist was extremely rude, condescending and disrespectful towards myself and my sister
