I had a consultation/testing for physical disability and paid $200. It was an absolute waste of money. I had the pulled out from under me and treated like I didn't matter afterward. They gave me no paperwork or report even though I called them every day for a week. Finally the "doctor" responded and basically just stabbed me in the back and pulled the rug out from under me when I needed help.
