Columbia Photo, reasonably priced, customer service needs improving Columbia Photo on Tenth St. has reasonable prices on their film developing. Weather it’s digital, on a CD or regular 35 mm film, their prices are the best in town. Their staff is knowledgeable about the camera’s and electronics’ they sell. However, they lack in common courtesy and friendliness. Their staff is not very friendly. PROS: Great prices, quality work CONS: Customer service is poor.

Looking for photo help? Columbia Photo and Video is the place to go if yo need personal service. They will answer whatever question you have to throw at they. They will guide you through the desicion making process of purchasing a camera, and help you afterwards if you have questions. They also have photography classes if you are interested! Very personable service! PROS: Very knowledgable and customer oriented CONS:
