I’ll start by saying that the doctor was great. But this place thinks that by just having some TV’s and a lollipop it qualifies as a pediatric office. Most of the staff engaged poorly with my son, terrible bedside manner. My son had to get numerous tests done, they were barely explained to him , he was scared. At one point when he cried during his test he was told “why are you crying this doesn’t even hurt.” They need to hire people who enjoy and are trained in dealing with children.
