Wow! I purchased a new golf cart in 2012 in Sun City. The golf cart is great. Today, I called for a service appointment and asked if my pick up would still be free (which they have done for 5 years) because their store closed in Sun City. I need new batteries, so my invoice would have been well over $1,000.00 They lost me as a customer. If you live outside of Sun City West, do not buy at this location. Unbelievveable! My experience with having my Columbia golf cart serviced there was worth 1 star or perhaps less! They seems to be very unorganized whenever you call them in service. Seems like everyone I talk to acts as if it s there first week on the job. After getting my golf cart back (Second Time...) here is what I get. Both sides had scratches in the middle of the side panels. Where they took one panel off, there was now a 2.5-3 break in the fiberglass panel.
