I brought my daughter here for a consultation and decided to get one for myself. Everyone in the office is super friendly and caring. I can tell from the very beginning that each and every one of the assistants to the dr and the receptionist all care about their patients I would definitely recommend Columbia Orthodontist to everyone! I got braces put on and so far I’m very please with the assistant who took care of me.
We've been going there over a year now. And it's just yeah, a warm friendly welcome group of individuals. Employees that work there. Fantastic We love Em. I won't pick any other place.
I recently moved to Vancouver from out of state and am currently in the middle of switching insurance plans. Unfortunately, my braces have taken the brunt of it all. My power chain was coming off, my wire was poking me, and I was feeling frustrated trying to figure out where to go for help while I was still in the middle of treatment with another orthodontist. Amazing so kind thank you all for everything you have done for ruby .you went beyond just being a customer l would give you a 100 on everything thank you .Victoria and account manger was so sweet l was stressed because l didn't know if l could get Ruby's braces started crying they were very comforting told me not to worry that they would figure it out and they called me the next day with good news.They were absolutely amazing at this place.Thank you all for everything you do
