Dr. West and his crew are simply amazing! My son and my daughter both were patients of his and both walked away with beautiful smiles. Over the last 3+ years with both kids we have never felt rushed, never felt like just another patient to add to the assembly line - like some places we’ve heard about. Dr. West takes his time and makes sure each adjustment is done with precision. The staff are always welcoming and kind. We are sure going to miss seeing all their kind faces! Dr. West and his staff are absolutely amazing. They treated my son with the utmost care & respect, and we are so grateful to have found his practice. They got us in the next day, formed a plan for his care and reassured us. They took the time to answer all of my questions and have affordable payment plan options available. Pendleton & Hermiston are very fortunate to have such a wonderful orthodontist!
