Y’all have got to quit outsourcing the help line. I’ve called twice today and one time the guy sent me to the wrong people and the next I couldn’t understand the person on the other end of the phone due to a ridiculous amount of static. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with your help line. Most other times I can’t understand the operator on the other end of the phone.
I worked for this company and got called the next active shooter then was threatened by hr for it. Worst company I’ve ever worked for. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone
