Definitely somewhere I’d consider a stepping stone to just gain some experience. In the shop you are expected to get things done quickly on old & outdated machinery. Also for machinists, you have to buy a lot of the tools yourself and they sent out my calipers to get fixed and I never got them back lol. Overall wasn’t too bad but wasn’t great either.
