Imagine being ready to jump out of your comfort zone and start family counseling and receive some of the worse customer service of all time. My child’s father and I, have been waiting over two weeks to begin counseling. He did his part of initiating contact, filling out the assessment, following up, etc. They told him they sent me an assessment as well. I never received It. Contacted them twice and nothing… This is beyond discouraging and disappointing. And get this, we were going to be paying cash… smh. Never again.

Everyone there is super friendly and I love my therapist Michelle she really listens to me and she’s very out going to match my personality I would soo recommend to go see her or her mom they r both soo wonderful and the receptionist is soo friendly I love being greeted when I walk into the door and the smell they have is soo relaxing they will definitely put u at ease
