They do not like to answer the phone. I have been trying to call no answer.
If I could leave 0 stars I would! For one, they will leave you waiting for EVER in the office before seeing the doctor. But I think my worst complaint is they never answer the phone or call you back! I have epilepsy and I was due for a refill on my meds. The pharmacy and myself kept calling and no one would respond! After the pharmacy graciously gave me a 3 day supply I went days with no medicine and felt horrible! I finally had my family doctor call in my meds for me and refer me to a new neurologist. My husbands appointment is next week to see Dr. Frank Pusey. He is a referral from his PCP. Talked with office manager, who by the way answered the phone immediately, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. She eased my mind about the facility and the Doctor. Shame on myself and people who read reviews on the internet. They are very deceiving and the internet is unfortunately taking over our lives.
