I give this trailer park a zero reviews. My mother was harassed for years by the manager. He rude and disrespectful. My mother was forced to sell back the trailor and all he gave her was 1100 dollars. Yet, she paid him 16000 for a piece of shit trailor. This place should get shut down because the manager is a fraud. He prays on minority people and threatens them.
I have rented a home in this park on two occasions and if I had not just lost my second job I would never have moved back here. I considered living in my car before applying for the the second time here. The first time I lived here I would only come by to complain about our yard being dead. I pointed out to him that I had planted new seed in our yard, but it was not sprouting because the water only got turned on a few hours a day a a few days a week, which I m pretty sure is illegal.
