I have to say that for the first time visiting this ER , on a saturday afternoon with DVT's in right leg. Never being here, I parked in the wrong parking lot, after I found me way in to the ER everything was painless, and fairly quick. All the people I dealth with were professional, very nice, the DR was really great, the person doing the Ultrasound was awesome. It was a great Experience being my first time at this location. I would rate lower if possible. They sent my dad home to die with stage 5 kidney failure and unable to walk. They gave him an IV (which made him worse because there was a urinary obstruction they never bothered to check for) and told us he was being discharged. He fell that night when I tried to get him back to his house, and the next morning he couldn't move off the couch. I had a very good experience in the ER last night. Everyone was kind. We were well attended to and didn’t wait long.
I came in for an issue I face often. It's been a couple years but when I get the symptoms and signs it's always been taken care of at the hospital. I chose to come to CMH today. I informed them I've been on Advil and Tylenol for over 12 hours with no relief and gave them my pain level and tx courses in the past. They put me in for an ultrasound 5 hours ago. I'm still sitting in the bay. I have seen the PA ONCE when I first got to the bay, never again. Being in the industry I would never page a nurse bell but this time I had ... read more
