I had a very good experience in the ER last night. Everyone was kind. We were well attended to and didn’t wait long.
I came in for an issue I face often. It's been a couple years but when I get the symptoms and signs it's always been taken care of at the hospital. I chose to come to CMH today. I informed them I've been on Advil and Tylenol for over 12 hours with no relief and gave them my pain level and tx courses in the past. They put me in for an ultrasound 5 hours ago. REN and Lily are jokes and I am shocked we’ll not shocked because it’s upstate ny that they are still employed I know I am not the only one who has had this experience with REN HE taunts actual providers!! Very disappointed Rick hasn’t implemented any disciplinary action.
For having to be at an emergency department, everything went well and it was a fairly pleasant experience.
Great staff, friendly, and helpful.
