Terrible company to deal with. Acting as executor for my deceased brother's estate, have gotten the run around for two months trying to close out his account. Each time it's a different story on what documentation is needed, what type of account (TOD vs. probate), if I had to create another "estate account and reinvest" , Called back and was told I could redeem.
