Every customer service representative I encounter sounds extremely miserable to be “helping” me, and let me be clear: I do not blame them at all! The systems, policies and procedures of this firm are convoluted and arcane, and you should consider yourself lucky if you are able to complete a simple transaction in under a month. Extremely Disappointing Experience I have been trying to complete a simple transaction for over a month now, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Every day I’ve spent hours on the phone, only to be given incorrect information by different representatives. This has led to significant delays in completing the process. Terrible company to deal with. Acting as executor for my deceased brother's estate, have gotten the run around for two months trying to close out his account. Each time it's a different story on what documentation is needed, what type of account (TOD vs. probate), if I had to create another "estate account and reinvest" , Called back and was told I could redeem. Sent it in notarized, now medallion signature needed, etc. They did not submit their internal paperwork for review promptly, do not return phone calls as promised an... read more
