Excellent customer service! Jay took the time out to explain every detail to the multiple questions I had. I test drove the vehicle I was interested in. Felt comfortable and never rushed. The atmosphere is very relaxing and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership, if you're interested in a nice vehicle with knowledgeable individuals that will answer your questions with transperancy, this is it!

I had nothing but great things to say about Columbia Kia, specially Nicole and Eli. They were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. There wasn’t a question I asked that they couldn’t answer. They made what could have been a very stressful experience, so easy and put my mind at ease from the moment I met them. if you’re looking for a new car, I can’t recommend a better place than Columbia Kia.
