Awesome service department. Quick to get in, great communication, good service and they finished the job ahead of schedule. Other dealerships couldn’t get me in for 3 weeks, they had me in that day and fixed a day or 2 later. Solid crew here and I’ll be driving a little further for their business and services. Keep up the good work. Alex was awesome.
It took an hour and 45 minutes just to get an oil change and for them to check the low tire sensor that kept coming on in my car. (yes, I had an appointment). The lady tried telling me my tires needed air because the temperature is changing (it's August, people 🙄). Keep in mind, I had just been there about 2-3 weeks earlier for a flat tire. You mean to tell me, they didn't notice my tires were low, then? I definitely wasn't impressed.
I purchased my first car with Mike Jones and he was amazing customer service was awesome . Def will be bringing my siblings back!
