Go anywhere else! I brought my car in for an oil change and a road trip inspection because I am driving to Florida. When my car was returned to me the windshield wiper lever had been completely snapped off and was hanging by the wire. We drove 5+ hours to purchase a Gladiator. They had exactly what I was looking for, that's why we made the trip. The staff was friendly and they said they had experience with handling out of state buyers (IL). My plates were supposed to be transferred. A few weeks later I got new generic plates in the mail. We purchased a brand new Dodge 3500 Dually in October 2025. We have repeatedly had it in the shop for computer issues. We just received our truck back, left for a vacation and got stranded a few hours away on a holiday weekend. We called the service department 30 minutes before close and the person we spoke to was not helpful at all. Our truck was stuck running and would not shift into any gear. Terrible Customer service. They somehow put wrong Birthday on my account. Even though I gave them my License . This happened on May5th. STILL HASN'T BEEN FIXED. I've been to the Dealership several times. I don't know what to do. I've been told it's being fixed!!! So far not.
