Terrible customer service and overpriced insurance premiums.
Horrible experience, the adjuster Jeff in Lincoln or Omaha Nebraska was horrible to deal with. My car brand new 2020 Kia Telluride got hit by a client that used Columbia insurance and the adjuster made me feel like I was the one who did something wrong, calling me a liar, making me jump through hoops to do things, nor did he ever even come look at the damage to my vehicle, then only wrote the check for $1000 when my damage was a round$1780.
