Great experience and special thanks to Fran who made sure we were well taken care of. We messed up our scheduled appointment and she took our mistake in stride and made sure we had everything we needed. She also made notes to remind us to renew our license plates. Folks like Fran are what make good businesses great. Thank you!
This dealer does not want to support you or what you purchased only to sell you more services. And not deal with warranty repairs
Good place to sit around for five hours while they do nothing. Even better place to sit around while they spend over an hour doing paperwork on an issue they did no work on. If you're looking to kill some time, I'd bring a car with an issue here and they'll take all your time, and if you're lucky maybe even your money!
I thought I had updated my review but it seems to have not saved. Make sure to check your invoice before leaving! I went in for a milestone maintenance and was charged for an extra that I didn't want and was not asked about. I didn't pay close attention, which is my fault, but will remember to do so if I ever return to this service center.
