Everyone we came into contact was friendly, courteous, and professional. It was refreshing to leave an auto related business feeling like we were treated fairly and that they weren't trying to pull one over on us. The waiting area was clean, bright and had way more amenities than I've ever seen or would expect in an auto maintenance shop.
I will not recommend service here for anyone. The service reps are awful. The service agreement for new cars is a joke. No flexibility
They lack every bit of customer service skills that they could have. Would just recommend going to Midas. Overpriced and not very nice
Had to take our sonata in for bluelink problems. The service man, Brindle, was very helpful in getting our problem fixed.
Everything was easy and timely for an 8k mile service visit.
