Can't get anything done if Noone answers the damn phone hired a better receptionist
I think management should allow prospective tenants to apply on-line, as many other housing authorities do and not require people to come in person to do so. The waiting list is long and I believe they should have a short, waiting list application, to get you on the waiting list and then have people fill out a longer application once their name comes to the top of the waiting list.
