I recently had my HRV in for routine maintenance. They are friendly no-pressure type of people. They kept me updated personally and professionally. I felt like a person - not just another car. I recently purchased a 2024 Honda Civic from another dealership. The recall repair still needed completed and they were able to get me scheduled quickly and finished the repair in under an hour. The waiting area was extremely comfortable and they had a wide variety of snacks and drinks. The customer service was also great.
While I had positive experiences with basic service before, I am truly disappointed in my most recent experience. Over the weekend, multiple indicator lights went off at once, where I was advised to take my car here as it may be an electrical issue. With the information I had, I took my car there first thing Monday morning. I was aware that VSA module replacement was a possibility, but thought there were simpler solutions to try.
