It is so refreshing to experience a professional and very kind atmosphere at Columbia Senior Residence office . Ciera and Bri and the other young lady , are so welcoming and supportive , genuinely. I’m so happy they are here at Columbia Heritage doing such an awesome job helping us seniors live a better lifestyle . Thank you so much !!
A pipe burst above my mother’s apartment and it has been over two months and it has yet to be fixed after me and my mother have begged the front office to fix it. Now, there is mold growing in her apartment and after showing picture to all the contractors, Michael who manages serveral Columbia apartments as well as Ciara the mold growing and all the damage. Today, I caught them on vide trying to paint over the mold per the front office instructions. If you have a loved that you care about I would never allow them to live her... read more
