terrible experience My air conditioner is working now, after a pretty steep chunk of cash came out of my pocket, but before they left my house we had a discussion about how to bill my service. Never use this company!!! My Husband and I hired Columbia Heating & Cooling in July 2011. Our A/C went out the week before our wedding and we were having family and friends coming to stay with us. They came out the next day to fix our A/C. They charged us $125 just to come out to look at our a/c unit and we were on a very tight budget. They quoted us $1,300 to get it up and running. NO COMPARISON had used them before and they had limped along my old furnace. Finally purchased new one and it's made a huge differance in my utilities. Everytime some one came they were very curtious and thurough. Will deffinately buy the a.c. from them when ot quits. the install guy's were very tidy and put drop clothes down and wore boot covers. THANK YOU
