Was traveling and thought I had packed my hearing aid supplies. Nope! Called and talked to Shelia. Went to the office and they hooked me up with new bowls, mini fit filters and cleaning tool……no charge! AND they cleaned them for me while I was there! Absolutely awesome and so helpful. When we are in town, this is my away from home go to place!
Their service is actually pretty good, however their hours say 8:00 to 5. :00 but they usually close around 4:30. I've been there four times in the last 2 weeks between 4:30 and 5:00 and the doors are locked.
I talked to someone but still need an appointment to have my hearing aids cleaned
Very professional and knowledgeable. Pleasant experience.
Great service ! Everyone from front desk, To the audiologist and the doctors in ENT, have all been very helpful in helping me with my ENT and hearing aids.
