absolutely horrible customer service at the Famous Footwear store. Walked in and the manager on duty said my wife, 3 daughters, and mother in law could not enter the store because they had a purse backpack. "if we dont have a mall bag we cant enter the store." She claimed it was the mall management policy. we entered Naturizer and Clark's shoe store and they both had no idea what policy this store manager was referring. That's okay I will never again buy a shoe from them!!! We will gladly spend our money at the other stores.... read more
