It was great, but went today and a sign on the door said it was permanently closed. However, another boba place will open in the same location.
We loved this spot! So sad to know their last day of business was 6/28/26.
Permanently closed. I can’t make my friend gain weight anymore.

Lovely place with very kind staff. I wish they had wifi but the perfect place to hang out for an afternoon with a book. Delicious waffles and I recommend the strawberry milk tea
