Friendly, kind, knowledgeable! I needed help with the back window on my suv - the original hinges had disintegrated due to age, and after having purchased new hinges, the Hyundai dealership told me to go to an autoglass shop for installation since they attached to the window. I happened to be visiting Trail for a week, and found this shop after looking for something close to where I was staying plus good reviews. They were accommodating and gave me a great deal. I am grateful for their help with my aging suv!! Thank you!
Dale is a local gem. He has gone above and beyond for me a number of times regarding my windshield repairs and replacements. I haven't had to replace the windows at my home yet, but when I do, I wont be going anywhere else apart from Columbia Glass.
