Needed a door window replaced and I was told driving 20 minutes down the road isnt worth his time so I had to overpay elsewhere. Genuinely PATHETIC business practice
I called in to order lexan to redo a loader cab. Mike was a prick. I described my wondows with a rough thickness, he went off on me for not knowing the exact mm of thickness. There's no need to yell at a costomer for asking to buy sheets of your product. You need a new person on the phone.
Mike was great, walked in with a broken basement window (circa 1980 built home), walked out 20 minutes later with a fixed window.
Always great to work with them. Service is quick and friendly too.
