We had Columbia Glass install a new window, and the installer (I believe his name started with a “T”) did an excellent job! The work was clean, professional, and done right the first time. We’ll definitely be asking for him again when we replace the rest of our windows. Highly recommend Columbia Glass!
The windows and staff exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be using them again for other windows.
I called them and said “Hey is this the owner of columbia glass” and they said “Would the owner be answering his own phone number? No i dont think so” and then hung up, terrible service
Excellent communication, very professional. Had windows replaced and work was done as scheduled and well. I was impressed that a couple of items that were delayed were taken care of promptly and needed no reminder.
