On a prior review I posted a negative rating due to a bad experience I had with Home Depot when ordering Columbia's product. The customer service issue was HD's and not Columbia's. Columbia Forest Products contacted me, and corrected the problem - going out of their way to do so - a very stand-up way to treat customers, and support what they sell. Rating fixed.
