My car was dropped off last Monday june 29th From Kia road side towing.i called Ford service and they had given me the number to call.. The service guy on the phone said it would be a couple days before they could look at it..Something going on with the transmissions only Drive 56 and it would start beeping and just slow down car has 40,000 mile, the car 2021 So I waited till Wednesday to call, Call in the afternoon and he tells me they don't have my car, it was towed in the morning not at night. I really did not want to write this review, but too many things have added up not to. I brought my Ford F-150 in for a serpentine belt, oil change, and tire rotation before a cross-country trip with my wife and two young daughters, and asked them to go over the truck to make sure it was safe for the drive. They came back and told me I had a leaking pinion seal and water pump, and recommended spark plugs, coil packs, and a transmission flush. The verbal quote came to $4,500, with the water pump and associated components alone... read more
This service center seems like they bit off more than they could chew with their ability to provide service to everyone they brag about on their website (CSP, DMV, UConn, etc.). My car was here for almost a week without them being able to truly diagnose or fix the problem, they just kept saying they’d test another possibility tomorrow and then delaying it more.
