This service center seems like they bit off more than they could chew with their ability to provide service to everyone they brag about on their website (CSP, DMV, UConn, etc.). My car was here for almost a week without them being able to truly diagnose or fix the problem, they just kept saying they’d test another possibility tomorrow and then delaying it more. I've been a customer for over 20 years and they always take care of my vehicle professionally.
Place has its good days and it’s bad days. Brought my vehicle in for warranty services. They said they didn’t have enough time to get through everything. Vehicle at 30,000 miles on it had to pay $900 for service on a wheel bearing and apparently a tire. Get service every 5000 miles. Then brought it back for the other items that were under warranty that they said they didn’t have the time.
