I would like to start off by saying I never ever write bad reviews as I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and understand that people make mistakes and our jobs can be difficult at times. However, this owner needs a lesson in human decency and customer service for sure. I ordered flowers through 1800 flowers. Do not attempt to do business with this company. I ordered flowers on their website yesterday morning 11/1 to be picked up today 11/2. I received an email confirmation of the order, my card was charged, and was told to call them to confirm exactly when the flowers would be ready for pickup. I have called them countless times over the past two days with no answer. Just an answering machine. I have left messages and also emailed them and have received no response whatsoever.
