Received a beautiful arrangement from my aunt. Flowers were gorgeous!
I walked in last minute for a small bouquet for father's day with no idea what i wanted. The staff was very nice and worked quickly and knew what she was doing! The fish were cool to look at too haha
I received a STUNNING bouquet for my birthday. Beautiful fresh flowers and really pretty vase. Days later, the roses are starting to open and not a single saggy blossom yet!
I would like to start off by saying I never ever write bad reviews as I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and understand that people make mistakes and our jobs can be difficult at times. Do not attempt to do business with this company. I ordered flowers on their website yesterday morning 11/1 to be picked up today 11/2. I received an email confirmation of the order, my card was charged, and was told to call them to confirm exactly when the flowers would be ready for pickup. I have called them countless times over the past two days with no answer. Just an answering machine. I have left messages and also emailed them and have received no response whatsoever.
