My husband ordered flowers through a 3rd party and spent over $100 and was supposed to have a full vase of red roses and filler but was sent spray roses and carnations not worth $20. Unbelievable. Edit: Not even 4 days later all the spray roses are dead.

The fresh flowers I received for a gift were beautiful and stayed fresh for a long time.

Ordered flowers thru 1-800 Flowers. They were delivered and the card that was added to the flowers had the worst handwriting that I have ever seen. You could barely read it. I called the CS # and they refunded the purchase. That was fine, however my daughter received multiple texts about picking up the flowers. She said no it was just the card. My daughter always sends me a bouquet for an anniversary and they are lovely. This year she went through this florist and the were crap. Looked like the flowers you buy at the gas station or Aldi at the checkout! Only 5 stems and one was broken! I've called twice and the "experienced owner, Sandy" has not returned the call to refund my daughter's money. They have offered to send new flowers but I'm more angry about them ripping off my girlie. Don't ever want anything from them again. Think twice before using these so called ... read more
