Ran into Columbia Florist on Friday night late. Shop getting ready to close but when I walked in the staff had no problem taking care of me. I was greeted with respect & kindness and received a beautiful bouquet. I highly recommend this shop for the beautiful flowers they have in stock and the personal service I received. I now know where to go for all my flowers!!!!
I went into the store to buy some flowers for my mother. The owner was on a personal call and left me standing there. When I said excuse me please I was greeting with rudeness and nastyness. Never ever go there again. There flowers looked wilted and old. Go to a florist that will appreciate your business. These ppl do not. Clearly customer service is not so important to them. Sandra
