Exceptionally professional trainers that seem to instinctively know how to motivate me to dig in and get after it. The new studio is awesome. I’ve been training with Rob (owner) for nearly 22 years. Literally. The studio has state of the art equipment. It’s big enough to be varied, small enough that there are rarely more than one or a few others (small group classes) there at any given time. I don’t do big box gyms. So this place is perfect for me.
