After being a patient for over 12 years, Dec 4th a front desk clerk “tattled” that I was ugly & cursed her. After she was rude & didn’t have time to explain to me why she called… immediately after that, my Dr’s nurse called (I assumed to answer the questions I was confused about) when I went to ask said question she “shhh me and told me just to listen, that I would not be mean and curse the front desk and that she would discuss this with my Dr and let me know how I would be handled. I see Dr. Terra Parker, DO. She is fantastic. She really took the time to go over all of my concerns. Her nurse is also great. Not only are they great, but the front staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me get my records transferred over, no problem. I also need to include the lab worker. She was super sweet! I highly recommend this clinic.
Receptionists lie. I asked if a specific doctor was in to sign a form for the military and they lied and said he was in and would be in until 5. I got there at 430 but he was gone. The receptionist then had an attitude. I spent $30 in gas for the trip and all I got was lies and attitude. I will be seeking care elsewhere.
