Dr.Tori Russell Did An Awesome Job With The Medical Care That She Provided For Me. She Was Very Kind And Always Polite. Best doc and staff ever! Dr Choate is my primary physician at Columbia Family Clinic. A well grounded man I put mine and my family's trust in, and Nurse Heather knows us well and always helpful. I'm like a lot of seniors with parents to care for. It isn't easy, but it's a lot better when your healthcare team takes the time to know you, your family, and your everyday life at this stage of the game. After being a patient for over 12 years, Dec 4th a front desk clerk “tattled” that I was ugly & cursed her. After she was rude & didn’t have time to explain to me why she called… immediately after that, my Dr’s nurse called (I assumed to answer the questions I was confused about) when I went to ask said question she “shhh me and told me just to listen, that I would not be mean and curse the front desk and that she would discuss this with my Dr and let me know how I would be handled.
