Dr. Amy Zguta is an opthalmologist (Eye doctor) in Columbia Missouri. Her office is located on Keene Street. I am her patient for the last so many years. She is an excellent doctor with very thorough skill sets. I am Diabetic Type 2, so she regularly checks my eyes for Glocoma, dryness, and of course for sight. She does lot of microscopic eye tests, checks the pressure in both eyes. Last year, she surgically removed cataract from both of my eyes and the results have been remarkable. Terrible experience!! Condescending, getting very loud and out of control looking down to me when I had questions. She yelled at me through the whole appointment I was in tears when I left because I fell I should have walked out on her. Waisted a long drive for NOTHING!!! NEVER going back to her again. I give her a -0 !!!
Dr. Zguta is top when it comes to eye exam and explaining what my eye problems are, she listens to your concerns and answers so that you understand what she's talking about . Her assistant is up on everything you ask her and explain things very well so when you have those two you have two very good top notch people. Would recommend anyone with eye problems to make a appointment with Dr Zguta and you're be glad you did
I am very pleased with Dr. Zguta, medical staff, and office personnel. One of her assistants by the name of Meg is very kind, compassionate, and willing to listen and answer any questions. The same is true about Dr. Zguta. Dr. Zguta is a fast talker, so it can be a bit challenging for my hearing impairment, but not impossible.
I have found Dr. Zguda and staff to be competent, responsive to questions, and supportive. There is no question that I would give her anything but five stars.
