I had a very frustrating experience trying to see Columbia Eye Specialist today. I drove 40 minutes to what I thought was the right office, only to be told I was at the wrong location and would have to reschedule. The staff showed no consideration for the fact that I was a new patient who had gone out of my way to make this appointment. When I called to see if there was anything they could do, I was met with an unhelpful and smug attitude from the person on the phone. They made no effort to accommodate me. I'm assuming by the reviews that the actual doctors and medical staff know what they're doing, but we never got that far because the scheduling agents for this company are rude as hell

I adore Dr. Steohen Cross! He is a knowledgeable, kind and caring doctor! All the staff was extremely helpful!
