Dr Weiss followed up with everything that I was concerned about. The practice is very efficient and effective.
Exceptional customer service. Dr. Edward Crosswell is the best. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and at ease. He was very informative in explaining my upcoming surgery. Nurse Lauren was great in explaining to my son the procedure for the biopsy. The front desk staff was very friendly and the waiting time was very short. They really should train other offices about customer service.
Professional, cooperative, detailed ,friendly and special to my medical concerns. Provided eye medication with instructions. Excellent staff
