This was brutal. I drove 1.5 hours for this appointment with Dr. Courtney-Brown and—I’m not kidding—they called 25 minutes before the appointment to cancel saying the doctor had a fever and called in sick. I would have loved more than 25 minutes notice. Presumably she gave them more notice; why didn’t I get a call sooner? They couldn’t accommodate me either. The scheduler was rude, diffident, and totally unhelpful. Just fair warning to anyone shopping around….avoid this clinic.
Very knowledgeable and considerate. Spends plenty of time answering concerns. Plans for future treatment within your time schedules. On-line access to your accounts. Have been using them for 8 years. No need to look further.
Very clean facility. Super friendly (and funny �) staff.
with insurance a pair of glasses cost me more than $500. they did not make me see any better so i took them to another big eye clinic..they told me they should not have sold me glasses as i have cateracs.they are no different than dollar glasses..
