里面有一个叫Marco 的在parts and service reception ，很奇怪，对客户说话的时候态度强硬而且很没有礼貌。在和客户交流的时候，一直在和同事说笑没有认真处理客户的问题。而且当客户说需要检查的时候，连座位都没有离开就向客户索要185的检查费。自己搞不明白文件问题一直在为难客户，后来当客户找到维修记录时，面露难色接着就气急败坏的说“我再和你说一次！blablabla”而且在客户面前脱掉自己的hoodie时露出来自己的蓝色内裤。真的很恶心，恶心的customer service ，不会再去了。
