This place operates upside down. You really need an advocate to manage this office. We have had delays in care because of this place. I have a family member with Alzheimer’s. They are taking a medication that needs to be monitored with an MRI every third treatment. Because of this offices mismanagement in not getting referrals for MRI’s in time or getting the referral and not sending it to insurance for approval, many treatments have been off schedule or delayed. This place is TERRIBLE. I’ve called 5 times, each and every single time someone answers and states “I’m currently with a patient, I’ll transfer you to someone else.” I’m literally just trying to make a follow up appointment for my daughter, I don’t understand why this is so difficult.
