This place is TERRIBLE. I’ve called 5 times, each and every single time someone answers and states “I’m currently with a patient, I’ll transfer you to someone else.” I’m literally just trying to make a follow up appointment for my daughter, I don’t understand why this is so difficult.
I had my MRI here today, and I’m so grateful for the care I received. From the moment I walked in, Edwardo at the front desk went above and beyond. I was a little lost finding the place and arrived feeling flustered, but he was kind, patient, and reassuring. He helped me calm down and got me checked in smoothly, which made such a difference.
