I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Alicia Lo. She is such a sweet and gentle dentist and made the entire stain-removal process incredibly comfortable from start to finish. I really appreciated her solid and honest advice regarding whether I should remove my right-side wisdom teeth — she took the time to explain things clearly and thoughtfully. A big thank-you as well to her assistant Michelle, who was equally kind and attentive. I truly felt well cared for during my visit.
This feedback still holds true: They never disappoint…always impressed and thankful by their professionalism, politeness of the staff, and cleanliness of the clinic. Of course, special shout out to Patty for her thoroughness and excellent prophylaxis.
