Very warm welcoming from Dinisha the staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable, Dr Patel explained everything clearly and took great care of my teeth. Highly recommend!!
dr.patel was very nice and very fast at extraction on my wisdom tooth, i would recommend her at columbia dental at south broad and her assistance chaithra was very nice too and helpful they have a very good team at columbia dental. front desk receptionist help too would recommend
The front office person who answered the phone needs to be retrained with customer service skills. Just by the interaction with him I won’t refer this practice to anyone! The front desk is a representation of the practice and if the front half is rude means the other half is even worse!
