I lived there for 5 years and moved out because of the harassing management. Also they charged a lot of money to fix/make up regular wear and tear.. be careful with these ppl..
Hillary is an excellent manager and Columbia Court is well run. There was a great Holiday Party next door where we met our new neighbors. The building is well maintained - the laundry lint vent was vacuumed and the outside of the building and windows were power washed. Leo, the super is very helpful as well!
I have been living at Columbia Court for 2 1/2 years. Hillary and Leo are amazing. They are available when I need them.
Holiday Party My wife and I attended the Holiday Party at the Elks Club given by Hillary and Amanda in December and I can say the party was a huge success! Everything was perfect from the great food to the open bar. It was so nice to get together with all the tenants and to reconnect with guests. I had the pleasure to live at Columbia Court for ten years and the experience was exceptional. The buildings and grounds are meticulously maintained and constantly upgraded, the on-site maintenance manager (Leo) is second to none - in the event anything needed to be repaired he immediately, promptly and swiftly fixed it right the first time.
