Stephanie Truong's support and guidance has been invaluable for rebuilding our relationship as a couple. She was very supportive to both of us but also called each of us out when necessary. People need to be honest and accountable to make good use out of couples therapy. Ms. Truong's office is very comfortable and private. I would definitely recommend her for couples counseling, but don't wait until things are too far gone!

Stephanie Truong has been an unwavering source of knowledge and support for me the past 4 years. She is the first therapist to not only listen, but to ask the right questions that help me acknowledge WHY I feel the things I do, and together we can make a plan to reframe my mind to become a safe place for me. She has helped me take my power back and for that I'm forever grateful. I can't speak highly enough of her!

I have found Stephanie Truong to be extremely helpful in helping me manage my mental health issues. She is compassionate and very easy to talk to, and not only helps me think things through but also suggests practical ways to solve problems. It was really important for me to find a therapist that uses science based treatment methods, and she went above and beyond my expectations.
