I just finished a 3-year office lease with Columbia Commercial as the property manager. What few needs we had, they were consistently attended to responsively and communicatively. It was always very easy to reach our contact (April) via text, email or phone, and any repairs or concerns were always handled very promptly - typically less than 24 hours. Our only reason for moving out is some additional space freed up at our other location, otherwise we would have been very happy to renew with Columbia.

Management fails to respond timely to requests and solve things. I have had a problem with the suite underneath for months and have asked the management team to handle that they did come out to my suite and respond to the office underneath and we were told it won't be much longer from that time. It was over a month probably closer to 2 and nothing was resolved. Yet there was a loud noise and when I told management about that Dave said I heard your "noise" and I could barely hear it.
